With summer fast approaching I found myself thinking that now would be as good a time as any to do a weekly round up of transfer rumours. A comprehensive look at who may be making possible moves to where this summer. Lets get this show on the road.

According to The Sun, Liverpool have agreed an £8m fee for AZ Alkmaar’s Swedish midfielder Rasmus Elm, also in Liverpool news they ave joined the list of clubs interested in singing Montpellier striker Oliver Giroud with manager Kenny Daglish attending the French clubs win at Toulouse on Friday. However Arsenal are said to be keen on signing him. Liverpool’s hopes of signing CSKA Moscow’s Keisuke Honda are all but over after CSKA’s general manager claims Honda will stay at the Russian club.
Everton will make re-signing South African playmaker Steven Pienaar a priority at the end of the current Premier league season.
Sochaux’s Marvin Martin, a possible target for Arsenal, looks set to replace Eden Hazard at Lille if the midfielder moves to an English club this summer as is expected. Arsenal have also joined the long list of clubs interested in the services of SC Heerenveen striker Bas dost who rejected a move to Aston Villa because he will only move to “a big club”
Southampton want to mark their return to the Premier League by signing £4m-rated Wolves winger Matt Jarvis.
Montpellier look like they will have a mass exodus on there hands this summer as captain Mapou Yanga-Mbwia has reportedly expressed his desire to play for Manchester United or Arsenal next season. Elsewhere around Old Trafford, United are close to finalising a move for Borussia Dortmund palymaker Shinji Kagawa. the Japan international has refused a new deal with the Bundesliga champions and has his heart set on a move to England, according to the German sides president,
Tottenham could be embroiled in a summer battle with Benfica and Inter Milan for PSV playmaker Georginio Wijnaldum, the 21-year-old Dutch international who has  a £20m release clause in his contract according to Portuguese paper A Bola.
Reading manager Brian McDermott has axed 13 players including Andy Griffin, Brian Howard and Tomasz Cywka from his promotion winning squad due to the Premier League 25-man squad rules.
To Blackburn now and Martin Olsson, Junior Hoilett, Yakubu, Paul Robinson and Steven N’Zonzi will all leave Rovers this summer if the club are relegated to the Championship.
To Spain now and our first stop is newly crowned champions Real Madrid where Gonzalo Higuain refused to talk about his future at the club, choosing instead to focus on Los Blancos league success, describing the victory as “very special” after overcoming Barcelona in the La Liga title race. Also Real are ready to launch a summer raid on Benfica for midfielder Axel Witsel, a long term target for Manchester United. Witsel only signed for Benfica from Standard Liege last July and has continued to impress in the Portuguese league.
Elsewhere on the continent Arjen Robben has agreed to extend his stay at Bayern Munich until 2015, the Holland international had been linked with a move away from the Allianz Arena this summer following reports of a falling out with his team-mate Franck Ribery during the Champions League semi-final win over Real Madrid
Meanwhile back at home, Leeds boss Neil Warnock has refused to be drawn on his reported interest in signing El-Hadji Diouf. Diouf is thought to be one of several targets for Warnock as he looks to rebuild his squad at Elland Road.
Finally, there is bad news for Sunderland and Aston Villa fans as FC Twente winger looks set to snub both clubs in favour of a move to Benfica. The Liberian born midfielder has lined up a move to Portugal where he could prove to be a ready made replacement for Nico Gaitan who is also likely to move on in the summer and is a player of interest to Manchester United.
